We are a highly trained and professional doula team, all of whom have undergone the In Joy Birth Mentorship program. This program consists of 18 months of hands-on mentorship and apprentice-style training, providing our doulas with the tools needed to help your journey go as smoothly as possible.

Whether you decide on a home or hospital birth, CFL Doulas are here to support you! After years of serving families, CFL Doulas are endorsed experts in pregnancy consulting, labor and birth doula support, postpartum care, and night nanny services. Our goal is to provide you with the support you need while enriching these experiences with positive emotional outcomes.

Your bodily autonomy and informed consent are of the utmost importance, ensuring you have all the information necessary to make the best decisions for you and your baby.

We offer a $1,500 package that includes 24/7 support from a doula of your choosing, two extensive prenatal visits, support during your labor and birth, and two postpartum visits through the fourth trimester.
